ACA Attestation is a confirmation collected after enrollment to verify that the client has reviewed and approved their application information. Both help support compliance with CMS regulations by documenting required client permissions and confirmations.

• Sales Records and Individual Records must be assigned to a Servicing Agent in AMS+ and:
  • A valid email address is required to send ACA forms by email.
  • A valid cell phone number is required to send ACA forms by SMS text message.
