Overview
ACA Consent to Contact is a required permission agents must obtain before contacting clients about ACA Marketplace plans, unless the client initiates the interaction. ACA Attestation is a confirmation collected after enrollment to verify that the client has reviewed and approved their application information. Both help support compliance with CMS regulations by documenting required client permissions and confirmations.

Sales Records and Individual Records must be assigned to a Servicing Agent in AMS+ and:
- A valid email address is required to send ACA forms by email.
- A valid cell phone number is required to send ACA forms by SMS text message.
