Not sure which to use? Log into your ConnectureDRX account, select your account name in the top-right corner, select Account overview, and then select My Connected Apps to see whether AgencyBloc is listed.
If you see AgencyBloc, select Share Data to turn on the Connecture CRM connection, then follow the steps in the Connecture CRM article.
If you don't see AgencyBloc:
- If you have ConnectureDRX through your upline, you may need to contact your upline to approve Connecture CRM.
- If you own a PlanCompare ONE or PlanCompare Edge account, see PlanCompare ONE or PlanCompare Edge below.
PlanCompare ONE
Note: New PlanCompare ONE-track agents are directed to Connecture CRM instead. Existing PlanCompare ONE users may move to Connecture CRM if their upline approves.
PlanCompare ONE is designed for FMOs and IMOs that want to cover the ConnectureDRX subscription costs for their downlines. In AMS+, this option is labeled PlanCompare (Broker) or PlanCompare (Call Center).
PlanCompare ONE is available through your upline.
May be right for you if:
- You're an existing PlanCompare ONE user and your upline hasn't approved moving to Connecture CRM
- You have ConnectureDRX through your upline
- Your broker is paying for the ConnectureDRX account and it's currently active

PlanCompare Edge
PlanCompare Edge (sometimes called PlanCompare Edge for Agencies) is designed for retail agencies with multiple agents that need quoting and enrollment capabilities.
May be right for you if:
- You are a retail agency with multiple agents
- You need admin capabilities and/or you need to share enrollment data across your organization

Note: This integration is being phased out. New agents are directed to Connecture CRM instead. Existing users should plan to move to Connecture CRM.

- You're an existing PlanCompare Edge for Agents user who hasn't yet moved to Connecture CRM

Connecture CRM
Note: Rx Collect prescription and provider data is included only for AMS+ accounts on the Accelerate or Elevate package.
Connecture CRM lets an individual agent connect their own ConnectureDRX account (PlanCompare ONE, PlanCompare Edge, or PlanCompare Edge for Agents) directly to AMS+, independent of any agency-level connection.
May be right for you if:
- You're a solo agent or work under an upline and don't need PlanCompare Edge's multi-agent admin or data-sharing capabilities
- You have an active PlanCompare ONE, PlanCompare Edge, or PlanCompare Edge for Agents account and want to connect it yourself
