Automated Workflow
New trigger types
We wanted to make it easier for you to set up agent contract and agent license workflows, so we added new trigger types for agent contract and agent license. We moved the previous license and contract-specific trigger values to these new trigger types.
Note: You can view the triggered actions of agent contract and agent license workflows on the Workflow tab of the corresponding agent record.

New criteria
- Added Activity Method to workflow criteria for all trigger types.
- Added Project Code to workflow criteria for Agent, Group, and Individual trigger types.
- Reordered the criteria filters so they follow the same order as their corresponding fields on the record detail tabs for consistency.
New variable data
The following variable data is now available for Automated Workflow emails:

New message types and updated saved content
We updated saved content to include new message types for Agent Contract and Agent License, and added example content for Agent Contract.
Email Marketing
With this update, you can now use group custom fields to filter an email campaign’s recipient list. Please note, to filter recipient list with group custom data, you first need to have those custom fields set up.
Automated Workflow & Email Marketing
With this update, you can personalize the email subject by adding variable data into the email subject of workflow and campaign emails.
08/06/2019 - New group duplicate detection and merge
Group records
Duplicate detection
With this update, AgencyBloc now detects duplicate group records in your book of business.
- When creating new, AgencyBloc will alert you to group records when it detects duplicate information being added.
- When viewing existing, you’ll see a yellow notification at the bottom of the record, alerting you to a potential duplicate.
Merging group records
Once you’ve reviewed and identified a duplicate, you can merge it into the master. To do this, you’ll need to be assigned to a security group that has Edit and Delete “Group Permissions”.
Merge with care because merges cannot be undone.
We're here to help. If you need anything, feel free to send us an email at help@agencybloc.com. Also, let us know what you think of the update. Have a good one!
