With October's updates, you can use carrier products to pre-populate coverage information into new policy coverages, more easily separate your leads from clients in Quick Search, schedule campaigns to send at a future date and time, and inactivate and hide undesired campaigns from your lists.

10/23/2019 - New coverage template
Carrier products
This update added a coverage template to carrier products. If you fill out the template, you can pre-populate its data into new policy coverages. Watch the Using Carrier Product Coverage Template video for more details.
Please note:
- You must have Visible and Edit Carrier Permissions to enable and edit a coverage template.
- Changes made to the template will not automatically update associated policy coverages.
Policy coverages
With this update, policy coverages now support the coverage template that was recently added to carrier products. When creating new policy coverages, you can pre-populate coverage information from an associated product if it has a coverage template with values.
10/21/2019 - New type categories & quick search filter
Data & Custom Fields
With this update, you can now assign categories to group types and individual types in Data & Custom Fields. Categorize your group/individual types to more easily separate leads from clients using the new Quick Search filter.
Note: If you have Manage Data and Manage Custom Fields Administration Permissions, we recommend assigning categories to your group/individual types right away to fine-tune the new Quick Search filter.
Quick Search
This update added a new filter to Quick Search for groups and individuals. You can use this filter to separate leads from clients and other types in your search results.
You can fine-tune this filter by assigning categories to your group/individual types in Settings > Data & Custom Fields.
10/08/2019 - New campaign scheduling & retiring options
Email Marketing
Schedule an email campaign to send later
During the campaign setup, you’ll have options to send "Now" or send "Later".
- If you choose to send "Now", the campaign will start sending emails after a 10-minute delay. This works the same as before.
- If you want the campaign to send emails "Later", you’ll be prompted to pick a future date and time.
You can view a campaign’s send date and time on the Campaign Summary Page and Details page.
Retire a campaign to permanently inactivate and hide it from campaign lists
Currently, you can stop a campaign from sending emails temporarily by pausing it. This allows you to make edits and double-check other campaign details before resuming.
With this update, you can now stop a campaign from sending emails permanently and hide it from your lists by retiring it. You should only retire a campaign if you do not intend to resume it later because retiring is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please note, only campaigns in certain statuses can be retired. See the Managing Email Campaigns article for more details.
You can still access retired campaigns to view campaign details (such as schedule date/time and email recipients) by going to Email Marketing > Saved Campaigns and locating the desired campaign.
