11/21/2019 - Updates to Standard Reports and commissions
Standard Reports
Reports > Standard Reports > Commission > Commission Received by Policy
We updated this report so you can now choose to include group policies, individual policies, or both in your report download.
Commissions
Commission > Add & Edit Entries > Select a date > Select a commission entry
When an imported commission entry doesn’t match to a policy and you go to reconcile the Red Edit, a search is performed against ALL carriers. If you have many policies, it can take a while to find the right one.
To help you find the policy faster, we updated this search to first look for policies that are associated with the same carrier as the commission entry. You can use the new carrier filter to show all policies like before.
11/12/2019 - Associate emails to groups and carriers
Associated & unassociated emails
With this update, you can now associate emails using Outlook Email Sync to group and carrier records.
You can also move and copy associated emails from one agent, carrier, group, or individual record to another.
- Copying creates a duplicate email on another record.
- Moving takes the email from one record and adds it to another.
Note: To move or copy emails, an administrator user at your agency will need to enable the Move or Copy Incoming Email Association permission in Security Groups for your team.
Group records
- Group records now have a new Emails > Incoming Emails subtab to track associated emails.
Carrier records
- Carrier records now have a new Emails tab to track associated emails.
11/05/2019 - Lead form enhancements
Lead forms
- You can now add lead forms to your website to collect agent and group leads for follow-up in AgencyBloc.
- You can now specify the servicing agent for new group and individual leads when creating or editing a lead form. Before, you could only assign a servicing agent to individual leads through a hidden field.
- You can now specify the address type for incoming leads when creating or editing a lead form. Before, new leads were automatically assigned the “Home” address type.
Agent records
- You can now store and track “lead date” on agent records. New agent records created via lead forms will have a “lead date”. “Lead date” is used in many features, such as Advanced Search and Custom Reporting.
Advanced Search
- You can now use “lead date” to help you find new agent leads in Advanced Search.
Automated Workflow
- You can now set up workflows to automate follow-up tasks and email notifications when a new agent or group record is created from a lead form submission.
Email Marketing
- You can now use “lead info” to help you filter your email campaign recipient lists and target new leads.
- The layout and design of the Edit Campaign page were updated to be consistent with other areas of the application.
Custom Reporting
- You can now use “lead date” in your custom reports as a column and filter.
