Viewing campaign details
After an Email Marketing campaign has been created and activated, you can view the campaign details for a record in the Campaigns tab under the Emails tab. Use the Campaigns tab to review, monitor, and manage your Email Marketing campaigns.
AMS+ includes campaigns where the record is the reason or trigger for the campaign. A campaign can be triggered by one record and then sent to a different recipient. For example, an email campaign sent to policyholders would show like this:
Campaign: The campaign is for the policy, so it ties to the Policy record.
Outgoing: The email is sent to an individual, so it ties to the individual record.
