In this article, you will learn how to activate Email Marketing and Automated Workflow in AMS+.
Requirements
- You must be the Account Owner of your agency's AMS+ account.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Email Marketing permission.
In this article
Activate
- Go to the Automated Workflow or Email Marketing page.
For this example, we'll go to Email Marketing.
- On the Policy Agreement step, review the terms and conditions.
- If you accept, mark the Yes, I have read and agree to the Email Policy checkbox.
- Select the Continue button.
- On the Company Info step, enter your company's business information, backup information, and notification preferences.

- Business information:
- Business Name
- Business Address
- Backup information:
- Marketer Name — The name that will be used if an email "From Name" can't be identified in AMS+.
- Marketer's Email — The email address that will be used if the "Reply-To" or "Send To" can't be identified in AMS+.
- Backup User — The user assigned to an Activity when a follow-up user can't be identified.
- Notification preferences:

Notify when…
- Someone indicates an email is spam (optional)
- Spam rate meets threshold (default required)
- Bounce rate meets threshold (default required)
- Notification Email — This email address will receive notifications about spam and bounce rates.

- Business information:
- Select the Save & Continue button.
- On the Email Template step, add your company logo and update the colors of your email template.

Note: Template colors apply to Legacy Servicing Automated Workflows and Email Marketing campaigns only.
- Select the Save & Continue button.
Upon completion, Servicing Automated Workflow and Email Marketing features will become available and accessible in AMS+ for your agency.

The following content applies only to accounts still using Sales Records. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, check your subscription package on the Subscription page. Accounts on Enhanced Records will show a package type that includes "+ Enhanced Records" (e.g., Accelerate + Enhanced Records). If your package does not include "+ Enhanced Records," this section applies to you.
