Overview
An after-hours schedule allows you to forward all inbound calls within a specific time frame to an external number. This feature works best if you have a virtual answering service.

How to create an after-hours schedule
- Go to Settings.
- Find the Sales > Phone Dialer & Call Queues setting and select the 'Edit' button.
- Navigate to the After Hours Schedule tab and select the ‘New Schedule’ button.
- Set the priority. Lower priorities are checked first.
- Enter the external phone number that you want inbound calls to be forwarded to.
- Select the 'Add Row' link and specify the schedule's hours.
- When you’re done adding rows for the schedule’s time frames, save.
The schedule will take effect as soon as it’s saved. All inbound calls will be forwarded to the designated external number, ignoring all other settings.
