Before you begin
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must be subscribed to the Elevate package.
- For the best experience, make sure all of your Agent Records, Individual Records, and Sales Records have valid phone number(s) for call-making and recording purposes.
Key features
- Add and assign phone numbers: Phone numbers are required to make calls and send SMS messages. Add your free local number or purchase/port additional numbers, then assign them to users or ring groups to route calls efficiently.
- Register numbers and set caller ID: Register numbers and add your business name to caller ID to avoid spam flags. Verify numbers so agents display the correct outbound caller ID.
- Configure voicemail greetings: Set up voicemail and welcome messages, including compliance recordings. Agents can record personal greetings, and admins assign them to numbers.
- Create ring groups and call queues: Set ring groups for multiple agents to answer calls and use call queues to automate outbound dialing lists for efficient prospecting.
- Set up IVR and after-hours forwarding: Use IVR menus to direct callers automatically and configure after-hours forwarding to external numbers or answering services to stay accessible.
