This article explains how to add your business name to the caller ID for outbound calls made through AMS+ using a VoIP phone number. By default, recipients will see "No Name" on incoming calls. In some cases, calls may be flagged as "Potential Spam" by phone service providers, which can reduce pickup rates.

Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must be subscribed to the Elevate package.
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must have at least one VoIP phone number. Learn more.
- You must be the Account Owner of your agency’s AMS+ account.
- Your business must be formally registered (e.g., LLC, corporation with a valid Employer Identification Number); caller ID branding is not available to individuals or sole proprietors.
