You can only access and modify the permissions outlined in this article if you belong to a Security Group with the 'Manage Users' Administrative permission.

Sales features and required permissions
When adding a new user to AMS+, it's important to consider their role and what tasks they need to perform in the system. Will they be calling leads, selling policies, servicing clients, running reports, managing workflows, or some combination thereof?
It's crucial to grasp the user's role and needs to properly configure their Security Group and Sales permissions.
- Security Groups apply permissions to all users assigned to the group. These permissions can be accessed on the Settings > Servicing > Security Groups page.
- Sales permissions are individualized and customizable for each user. These permissions can be accessed on the Settings > Servicing > Users > Sales page.
