This article explains how to send an Rx Collect request by email from Individual Records in AMS+.

Requirements
- Your agency's AMS+ account must be subscribed to the Accelerate or Elevate package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Individual Visible and Edit permissions.
- If you're an Agent CRM User, you need access to Individual Records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must have added your phone number, signature, and sales rep ID to your My Account profile settings. Learn more.
Before sending a request
The Individual Record must include:
- A valid email address
- A linked Servicing Agent
How to email an Rx Collect request
- Go to the beneficiary's Individual Record in AMS+.
- Select the Sales link in the top right corner of the record, then choose Rx Collect Form under the Send Email section of the dropdown menu.
This automatically sends an email to the email address on the record's Detail tab. The record must have an email address for you to send the Rx Collect request.
About expired or replaced portal links
The Rx Collect portal link is valid for 48 hours. If a beneficiary opens an expired link:
- They will see a message explaining the link is expired.
- AMS+ will automatically generate a new link (up to 60 days after the original request).
Note: After 60 days, or if a user cancels the link manually in AMS+, the system will no longer generate replacements. The beneficiary will need to request a new link from their agent or agency.

Accounts on Enhanced Records will show a package type that includes "+ Enhanced Records" (e.g., Accelerate + Enhanced Records). If your package does not include "+ Enhanced Records," this section applies to you.

How to email an Rx Collect request from a Sales Record
The Sales Record must include a valid email address and an assigned Agent/User.
- Go to the beneficiary's Sales Record in AMS+.
- Select the Rx Collect button at the top of the record, then choose Email Rx Collect Form.
The request will be sent to the email listed on the record's Detail tab. The record must have a valid email address for the request to be sent.
Sales Record permissions
To email an Rx Collect request from a Sales Record, you must have user account Sales permissions to View and Edit Sales Records. Learn more.
Sales Enablement Visible permission
To send Rx Collect requests, you must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible permission.
