Overview
If you use Rx Collect, you can customize the confirmation message on the portal's Confirmation Page. It's recommended, but not required, to include a thank-you message along with details on expected follow-up times and agent contact information for any questions.
Note: The confirmation page displays the same agency name and logo image as the cover page.
