Overview
Rx Collect is a built-in AMS+ feature that automates Medicare prescription and provider data collection, saving agents time and reducing errors by syncing client information directly into their AMS+ records. It offers clients a simple, secure, and pre-filled online survey, improving their experience and boosting retention.
By centralizing data and automating business processes, Rx Collect helps agencies scale efficiently without extra staffing or costly tools. Plus, it ensures full data ownership and compliance, so agents can focus on growing their business with confidence.

Before you begin
- Your agency must have the AMS+ Accelerate or AMS+ Elevate subscription package.

Sales Records and Individual Records must be assigned to a Servicing Agent in AMS+ and:
- A valid email address is required to send Rx Collect requests by email.
- A valid cell phone number is required to send Rx Collect requests by SMS text message.

Scope of Appointments (SOA) must be enabled to include in the Rx Collect portal.
- If including an SOA, Agency Users and Agent CRM Users must add their phone number, signature, and sales ID to the My Account > SOA/ACA Consent tab.
- If sending Rx Collect requests from Individual Records, the record’s Servicing Agent must be linked to a user account in My Agency Settings to include an SOA. Otherwise, the SOA will assign a user/agent based on setting defaults.
