This article explains how to use the Rx Collect Requests Dashboard to track outstanding requests and resend portal links individually or in bulk.

Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must have the Accelerate or Elevate subscription package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- To view, access, and re-send Rx Collect requests for Individual Records:
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Individual Visible and Edit permissions.
- If you’re an Agent CRM User, you need access to Individual Records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Individual Visible and Edit permissions.
- To view, access, and re-send Rx Collect requests for Sales Records:
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible permission.
- You must have user account Sales permissions to View and Edit Sales Records. Learn more.
- You must add your phone number, signature, and sales rep ID to the My Account > SOA/ACA Consent tab. Learn more.
How to access the Rx Collect Requests Dashboard
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Rx Collect Requests tab.
You’ll see a list of pending and completed Rx Collect requests for Individual and Sales Records. Completed requests drop off the list automatically after a certain period. You’ll only see records you have permission to access, based on your user type and security group.

What the statuses mean
Each request has a status:
- Complete - The request was opened and finished by the beneficiary.
- Requested - The request was sent.
- Incomplete - The request was opened and started by the beneficiary but not finished.
You can sort the list by the Sent Date to prioritize recent or older requests.
How to resend a request
- In the Rx Collect Requests list, check the box next to the record.
- Select the Resend Requests button.
The request will be resent using the original delivery method (email or text).
To resend requests in bulk, check two or more records before selecting the Resend Requests button.
How to find and bulk send requests (Individual Records Only)
- On the Rx Collect Requests Dashboard, select the Find & Send in Bulk link.
- You’ll be taken to Individuals > Advanced Search.
- Use filters to find the right records.
- Send Rx Collect requests in bulk from the search results.
