Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must have the Accelerate or Elevate subscription package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must belong to a Security Group with the Manage Users and Sales Enablement Visible permissions.
How to show and hide sections in the Rx Collect portal
The Rx Collect portal can include up to eight sections. Some can be hidden, while others are always required.
Sections you can hide
- Profile Information
- Disclosures
- Appointment Scheduling
- Prescription Information
- Provider Information
Sections you can't hide
- Cover Page
- Consent Page
- Confirmation Page
After updating section visibility, send a test request to verify the portal displays as expected before sending it to a beneficiary.
How to hide a section
- Go to My Agency Settings.
- Find and open the Rx Collect setting.
- On the Rx Collect page, find the page you want to hide and select the Disable button.
How to show a section
- Go to the My Agency Settings > Rx Collect page.
- Locate the section you want to include and select the Enable button.
