This article explains which sections are included in the Rx Collect portal and which elements your agency can customize.

Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must have the Accelerate or Elevate subscription package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must belong to a Security Group with the Manage Users and Sales Enablement Visible permissions.
- To include a Scope of Appointment (SOA) in the Rx Collect portal, this functionality must be enabled in My Agency Settings. Learn more.
Portal sections and configuration options
The Rx Collect portal includes eight sections. Some sections allow customization, while others are fixed. The table below outlines each section and what can be configured:

|
First section beneficiaries see. Customize with your agency’s name, logo, and welcome message. Note: Beneficiaries verify their identity using a one-time code sent to the primary email address on their record (Sales Record or Individual Record). |

Displays required consent language. The beneficiary must accept to continue. |
| Profile Information |
|
Allows the beneficiary to enter or update their name, MBI, and contact details. You can mark individual fields as required. |
| Disclosures |

Displays agency disclosures. You can also include a Scope of Appointment (SOA) if enabled. Note: Agents/Users must add their NPN, phone number, signature, and sales rep ID in their profile or the portal will assign a default user to SOAs. |
| Appointment Scheduling |
|
Allows the beneficiary to book an appointment using an Rx Collect-specific calendar scheduler. |
| Prescription Information |
|
Beneficiaries can enter preferred pharmacies (up to 3) and current prescriptions. |
| Provider Information |
|
Beneficiaries can list their preferred providers (up to 10). |

Getting started with customization
Customize the Cover Page
- Go to My Agency Settings > Rx Collect.
- In the Cover Page section, update the Agency Name field.
The default is "My Agency." This text appears throughout the portal. Enter your actual agency name to personalize the experience.
Customize the Disclosures section
- In the Disclosures section, update the Custom Agreement Terms field.
The default text is "Your Agency Name, Inc." Replace this with your agency’s legal name or compliance message.
- If including a Scope of Appointment (SOA):
Ensure SOAs are enabled at the agency level, and confirm that agent user profiles include all required information.
