About the Rx Collect Appointment Scheduler
The Appointment Scheduler embedded in the Rx Collect portal works the same way as those created under My Agency Settings > Appointment Scheduling, but it is exclusive to the Rx Collect portal and does not include a shareable URL. This design keeps the scheduling experience focused and efficient for beneficiaries
You can customize the following elements:
- Header
- Schedule Appointment
Note: The order in which you arrange these items in My Agency Settings does not affect their display order in the portal.

- In the Schedule An Appointment section, select the Enable button.
