This article explains how to enable the Prescription Information section in the Rx Collect portal so beneficiaries can enter their current medications.

Requirements
- Your agency's AMS+ account must be subscribed to the Accelerate or Elevate package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Users permission.
About the Prescription Information section
The Prescription Information section allows beneficiaries to enter their medication details directly in the Rx Collect portal.
This section includes fixed fields for:
- Pharmacy
- Drug name
- Dosage
- Quantity
- Prescribing provider
Note: This section can't be customized.
How to enable and configure the Prescription Information section
- Go to My Agency Settings.
- Find and open the Rx Collect setting.
- In the Your Prescription Information section, make sure the section is enabled (the button should show Disable).
This section is enabled by default.
Where pharmacy and prescription data is stored
Pharmacy and prescription information entered by the beneficiary is automatically saved to their Individual Record. Each record can store up to 3 pharmacies at a time.

The following content applies only to accounts still using Sales Records. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, check your subscription package on the Subscription page. Accounts on Enhanced Records will show a package type that includes "+ Enhanced Records" (e.g., Accelerate + Enhanced Records). If your package does not include "+ Enhanced Records," this section applies to you.

- Sales Enablement Visible permission — accounts using Sales Records

For accounts still using Sales Records, pharmacy and prescription data entered by the beneficiary is also saved to their Sales Record.

To access Rx Collect settings, you must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible permission in addition to Manage Users.
