This article explains how to bulk send Rx Collect requests by email or text for Individual Records in AMS+.

Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must be subscribed to the Accelerate or Elevate package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible and Individual Visible and Edit permissions.
- If you’re an Agent CRM User, you need access to Individual Records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must have added your phone number, signature, and sales rep ID to your My Account profile settings. Learn more.
Before bulk sending requests
Each Individual Record must include:
- A valid email address (if emailing)
- A valid cell phone number (if texting)
- A linked Servicing Agent (required for Individual Records)
Bulk sending instructions for Individual Records
- Go to the Individuals page.
- Navigate to Advanced Search.
- Set your search filters.
Use the Communication Methods filter in Advanced Search to identify records with the required contact information, or find records missing it so you can update them.
- Select the Search button.
- Review your results. When ready, select the Bulk Send Rx Collect Form button.
- In the Bulk Send Rx Collect pop-up, choose your preferred send method: Email or Text.
If any records are missing an email address or cell phone number, have opted out of emails, or don't have a Servicing Agent linked to a user, a yellow banner will appear at the top of the pop-up.
This banner includes a button to download a list of affected records. Review the following columns in the list: User ID, Agent First & Last Name, Cell Phone, Email, and Email Opt-Out.- Select the Send button.
- Email requests will use the default Rx Collect email template at My Agency Settings > Marketing Templates > Rx Collect. Learn more.
- Text requests use a generic message you can customize in the pop-up. The portal link is added automatically. No need to paste it.
What happens next
- Requests are sent to each beneficiary using your selected method.
- These records will appear on the Rx Collect Requests Dashboard, where you can monitor status and re-send if needed.
- Records missing required contact info will not receive the request.
Tip: If you need to pause and fix missing info, save your search so you can re-run it later.
