What do I need to do to get started with Rx Collect?
- Add your logo and agency name to My Agency Settings. Learn more.
- Turn on and configure the Appointment Scheduler. Learn more.
- Turn on and configure Scope of Appointment (SOA). Learn more.
Where is prescription and provider information stored in AMS+?
On Sales Records:
- Rx Collect > Prescriptions
- Rx Collect > Providers
On Individual Records:
- Rx Collect > Prescriptions
- Rx Collect > Providers
What happens to prescription and provider information when a Sales Record is converted or merged to an Individual Record?
Prescription and provider information from the Sales Record will transfer to the Prescriptions and Providers tabs on the Individual Record.
Can I mass-send Rx Collect requests and portal links to beneficiaries?
Yes. See these articles on bulk sending:
How long is an Rx Collect portal link active?
Portal links are valid for 48 hours. After that, the link expires and will return an error message when accessed. AMS+ will generate a new link automatically if the beneficiary clicks the expired one—provided it's still within the 60-day window.
Will I be notified when a beneficiary completes the Rx Collect portal?
Yes. The assigned or servicing agent (must be linked to a user) on the record will receive an email notification when the beneficiary completes the portal. No additional setup is required.
Will the beneficiary’s AMS+ record update if they change their address in the portal?
Yes. Contact information entered or updated in the portal is automatically saved to the associated record when the portal is submitted.
What is the search radius for pharmacies and providers?
- Pharmacy search: 15-mile radius
- Provider search: 25-mile radius
Does the beneficiary need to complete the entire portal for their information to save?
Yes. Information is saved as the beneficiary proceeds from one page to the next, but it will not be stored on their record until they submit it on the final page. If they exit early, they’ll need to restart the portal from the beginning.
Can Rx Collect information be imported?
No. Rx Collect does not support importing prescription or provider information from external sources.
- Beneficiaries enter their prescription, pharmacy, and provider details directly into the Rx Collect portal.
- The information is automatically transferred into AMS+ and stored in the Individual or Lead record under the Rx tab.
- This eliminates the need for manual imports, since the data comes directly from the client.
Additionally:
- When you send an Individual Record or a Sales Record from AMS+ to Connecture, the prescription and provider information is updated in its corresponding Connecture profile.
- When you complete an enrollment in Connecture, the prescription and provider data is updated in AMS+.
