Overview
If you use Rx Collect, you can edit the default email template that’s sent to the beneficiary when you generate an Rx Collect form from an Individual or Sales Record. This email includes a link for the beneficiary to open and complete the form.
How to edit the Rx Collect email template:
- Go to My Agency Settings.
- Scroll down or use the search filter to locate and open the Marketing Templates setting.
- Type “marketing” in the search filter to quickly narrow your search.
- Find the Email Templates section and click ‘Edit’ next to the Rx Collect template.
- By default, the Template Name is “Rx Collect”. You can rename it or keep it as is.
- This name is only visible to users in AMS+. Beneficiaries will not see it.
- The default Email Subject Line is “Rx Collect – Requested Updates”. For branding, consider changing it to “[Your Agency Name] – Requesting Prescription & Provider Info”.
- You can change the From Name and Reply-To Email or leave them as the default Merge Tags, which display the assigned agent’s info.
- (Optional) Add a Bcc email if you want someone to get a copy each time an Rx Collect form is generated.
- In the Email Builder, edit anything except the “CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR PORTAL” button or its URL. This button lets consumers open the Rx Collect form.
