This article explains how to edit the default email template used for Rx Collect requests sent from Individual Records and Sales Records.

Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must have the Accelerate or Elevate subscription package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must belong to a Security Group with the Manage Users and Sales Enablement Visible permissions.
How to edit the Rx Collect email template
Note: Do not copy or create multiple versions of the Rx Collect email template. All Rx Collect features are linked to the default template in Marketing Template settings and can’t use an alternate version.
Here’s what the default Rx Collect email template looks like:
You can customize most of the email content, but the CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR PORTAL button and its URL must remain unchanged.
- Go to My Agency Settings.
- Find and open the Marketing Templates setting.
- Find the Email Templates section and select the Edit button next to the Rx Collect template.
- Keep the default Template Name, "Rx Collect".
This name is only visible to users in AMS+ and won’t be seen by beneficiaries. We recommend not changing it.
- The default Email Subject Line is "Rx Collect – Requested Updates". For branding, consider changing it to "[Your Agency Name] – Requesting Prescription & Provider Info".
- Update the From Name and Reply-To Email Address or leave them with the default Merge Tags, which display the assigned agent’s info.
- (Optional) Add an email to the Bcc Yourself field.
Use this field to enter an email address if you want a copy of each Rx Collect request sent to a specific user.
- In the Email Builder, you can edit anything except the CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR PORTAL button or its URL. This button lets consumers open the Rx Collect portal link.

- Select the Save Template button when you’re finished.
