Overview
This article shows you how to access the Rx Collect Requests Dashboard and resend portal links. You’ll learn to view all outstanding requests (completed ones drop off automatically) and resend links individually or in bulk to follow up with beneficiaries.
This dashboard is only available for accounts with the Accelerate or Elevate AMS+ subscription package.

How to access the dashboard
The Rx Collect Requests Dashboard is located on the main Dashboard. To access it, go to the Dashboard and select the Rx Collect Requests tab.
This dashboard displays Individual and Sales Records with pending Rx Collect requests—requests sent by email or text that the recipient hasn’t yet completed. You'll only see records that you have permission to access, based on your user type and permissions.
Note: This feature is available to accounts with an Accelerate or Elevate AMS+ subscription.
What the statuses mean
Each request has a status:
- Sent - The request was successfully delivered.

Failed - The request wasn’t delivered. This can happen if:
- The record no longer has a valid cell phone number (for texts), or
- The record no longer has a valid email address (for emails).
You can sort the list by the “Sent Date” to prioritize recent or older requests.
How to resend a request
To resend an Rx Collect request, check the box next to the record in the requests list and select the ‘Resend Requests’ button. The request will be resent using the original delivery method (either email or text) based on how it was first sent.
To resend requests in bulk, select the checkboxes for two or more records, then ‘Resend Requests’ to send them all at once.
