This article explains how to test the Rx Collect portal by sending a request to a test Individual Record, allowing you to preview changes and confirm correct configuration.

Requirements
- Your agency's AMS+ account must be subscribed to the Accelerate or Elevate package.
- To set up a test record for Rx Collect:
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Individual Visible and Edit permissions.
- If you're an Agent CRM User, you need access to Individual Records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- To modify Rx Collect settings:
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Users permission.
- If the Rx Collect portal includes a Scope of Appointment (SOA):
- You must add your phone number, signature, and sales rep ID to the My Account > SOA/ACA Consent tab. Learn more.
How to set up a test record
To preview how your Rx Collect portal appears to clients:
- Create a fake Individual Record.
- Add your email address to the record.
Each time you update your Rx Collect settings, send a portal request to this record to test your changes.
How to send a test request from an Individual Record
- Open the Individual Record.
- Select the Sales link in the record's top-right corner, then choose Send Rx Collect from the dropdown.
- Check your email for the request and open the portal link.
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email when prompted.
- Review the portal carefully to ensure everything is correct.
If you update any settings, send another test request to confirm the changes.

The following content applies only to accounts still using Sales Records. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, check your subscription package on the Subscription page. Accounts on Enhanced Records will show a package type that includes "+ Enhanced Records" (e.g., Accelerate + Enhanced Records). If your package does not include "+ Enhanced Records," this section applies to you.

How to send a test request from a Sales Record
To set up a test Sales Record, create a fake Sales Record and add your email address to it. Then follow the steps below.
- Open the Sales Record.
- Select the RX COLLECT button, then choose to email or text the request.
- Check your email for the Rx Collect request and open the portal link.
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email when prompted.
- Review the portal carefully to ensure it displays as expected.
To make changes, update your settings in Rx Collect, then send a new test request to verify.

To set up a test Sales Record, you must have user account Sales permissions to View, Add, and Edit Sales Records. Learn more.
Sales Enablement Visible permission
To set up a test Sales Record and to modify Rx Collect settings, you must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible permission in addition to Manage Users.
