HealthSherpa Medicare
AMS+ now integrates with HealthSherpa Medicare, letting agents quote and enroll Medicare beneficiaries without leaving their AMS+ workflow.
- Send an Individual Record to HealthSherpa Medicare to quote Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug (MAPD), Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), and Medigap plans.
- Completed enrollments sync back to AMS+ automatically, creating or updating the Individual, Carrier Product, and Policy Records.
- Prescription, pharmacy, and provider information syncs in both directions for agencies with Rx Collect enabled, available on the Accelerate and Elevate subscription packages.

Individual Records now have a dedicated Call Log, showing a searchable history of VoIP calls, recorded or not.
- Search calls by User, Phone Number, and Result.
- Open any call to see its recording and full speaker-labeled transcript.
- Calls with multiple recording segments, such as transfers or conference legs, show each segment's recording and transcript separately.
