June brought AgencyBloc Intelligence to AMS+ for the first time, with the Voicemail Activity Generator and Client Snapshot putting artificial intelligence-powered capabilities directly into client preparation and voicemail follow-up. This month also introduced Enhanced Automated Workflows, a new builder replacing the separate Legacy Servicing and Legacy Sales experiences, the AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app for iOS and Android, a redesigned Communication History experience, and improvements to IVR menu editing.

This release introduces the first AgencyBloc Intelligence features in AMS+ — artificial intelligence built specifically for health and benefits agencies, embedded directly in the tools you already use. No separate application, no new login. Just smarter capabilities where your work already happens.
New
The following features are powered by AgencyBloc Intelligence.
Voicemail Activity Generator (beta)
The Voicemail Activity Generator turns voicemails into ready-to-review follow-up Activities. It reads the transcript and the linked Individual Record, then proposes a pre-filled Activity to edit and save, all from the voicemail mailbox.
- The follow-up is already drafted: The suggested Activity captures what the caller needed, so you're reviewing and saving rather than starting from scratch.
- Full control over the final Activity: Edit any field before saving, or fill in the Activity yourself using the standard form.
Client Snapshot (beta)
The Client Snapshot generates a concise briefing from a client's Individual Record — coverage status, open items, and personal context — so you can walk into any call or outreach informed without reviewing every tab manually. Snapshots are saved to the Individual Record and visible to all users with access.
- Ready before you reach out: Coverage status and personal context — notes, preferences, upcoming milestones — surfaced before any call, email, or meeting.
- Traceable: Every detail shows exactly where it came from in the record, so you can verify anything before your conversation.

Enhanced Automated Workflows
Note: Enhanced Automated Workflows are being rolled out to existing accounts and may not yet be available in your account. Check the Automated Workflow page — if you see the Welcome to the New Automated Workflow banner, your account has access.
Enhanced Automated Workflows is a new workflow builder that replaces the separate Legacy Servicing and Legacy Sales builder experiences with a single, easier-to-use tool. This release focuses on the core workflow use cases most agencies rely on — with additional actions and conditions planned for future releases. Your existing legacy workflows continue to run unchanged while you explore what's new.
- Plain-language setup: The builder walks you through three steps (When, And If, Then) using conversational labels instead of technical field names, with a step summary after each selection so you can confirm your setup before moving on.
- Tag-based conditions: You can now filter workflows by Individual tags, including Tagged With and Not Tagged With. These condition options were not available in Legacy Servicing Automated Workflows. DOD is populated is also new, giving you a straightforward way to exclude deceased individuals.
- A richer email editor: Workflow emails are now built using the Enhanced Email Editor, which shows a live preview as you edit. You can also send a test email directly from the action panel before your workflow goes live.
- Recipes: Five pre-built workflow templates (Birthday Email, Lead Form Follow Up, Policy Renewal Reminder, Policy App Submit Notification, Agent License Expiration Reminder) that pre-populate the builder so you can get a workflow running quickly without starting from scratch.
- Copy any workflow: Open a saved workflow and create a copy to use as a starting point for a new one.

AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app
The AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app brings your AMS+ calling, voicemail, and texting to iOS and Android. Available now in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for AMS+ Talk & Text. Learn more.
- Calls: Make and receive calls using your AMS+ numbers.
- Voicemails: Listen, read transcripts, and manage played/unplayed status from one screen.
- Text messages: View and reply to threaded conversations, mark messages read or unread, and see full message history per contact.
- Contacts: Search by name or phone number. When a number is linked to an Individual Record in AMS+, the contact's name and details surface automatically.
Communication History (previously Messages)
The Messages page has been redesigned and renamed Communication History. It gives your team a complete, shared view of every call, voicemail, and text across your organization, accessible from the Phone dropdown in the AMS+ header.
Recents tab (previously Missed Calls)
The Missed Calls tab has been renamed to Recents. It now shows your full call history, not just missed calls. Each call is labeled by type: Incoming, Outgoing, Voicemail, or Missed.
When a missed call has a voicemail, the Voicemail label links directly to that message on the Voicemail tab.
Selecting Missed Calls from the Phone dropdown still lands you on missed calls by default. Switch to All to see your full history.
Voicemail tab
Voicemails now include a transcript and call duration. Unplayed voicemails are bold with a blue dot; played ones have a greyed background so the list stays easy to scan.
Playing a voicemail marks it as played automatically. Voicemails can also be marked played or unplayed manually (individually or in bulk) and the status updates for everyone in your organization. A Voicemail Box filter has been added for accounts with multiple boxes.
Text Messages tab
Text messages are now grouped by contact, showing the most recent message per phone number. Selecting Send Text opens a modal with the full conversation history — inbound messages on the left, outbound on the right — so you have context before you reply.
The same history is available from the Message button on any Individual Record.
Unread badges now stay accurate. Previously, visiting the tab cleared all badges for everyone. Now a message is only marked read when someone on your team actively marks it or sends a reply. Once marked, it's read for the whole organization.
Improved
IVR menu extension editing
Administrators can now edit IVR menu extensions in place rather than deleting and rebuilding them. Update the extension number, Goes To destination, or assigned Voicemail Box directly from the extension list.
