RetireFlo Integration
AMS+ now connects with RetireFlo, a client intake tool for Medicare and ACA agents, so prescription, provider, and pharmacy data from a completed intake flows directly into Individual Records — no re-entry required before quoting.
Note: This integration currently only supports Medicare intake data.
- Prescription, provider, and pharmacy data from completed RetireFlo intake forms is written directly into the Rx Collect section of the Individual Record in AMS+.
- Each RetireFlo intake submission is matched to an existing Individual Record in AMS+ where possible. If no match is found, a new Individual Record is created.
- Once set up, data flows in automatically — no action required from users after a client completes their RetireFlo intake.
Available to AMS+ accounts on the Accelerate or Elevate subscription package. Setup must be completed by the Account Owner in My Agency Settings > Third Party Integrations.

Outgoing Emails Tab Now Shows Emails Sent Through Workflows
The Outgoing Emails tab on Individual, Agent, Group, and Policy records now shows a single combined list of every email tied to that record — whether it was sent through a traditional campaign or a workflow's Send Email action. Every email in the list has a working preview accessible from the Subject link.
Improved
Client Snapshot — More Accurate Activity and Client Data
Three fixes improve the accuracy of the Client Snapshot:
- Completed activities are no longer flagged as overdue. The snapshot now correctly reads your agency's configured completion status, so finished tasks won't show up as outstanding — even if your agency uses a custom status name like "Done," "Closed," or "Resolved."
- "Client Since" now reflects the actual relationship start. The snapshot now uses the earliest policy effective date on record rather than the date the Individual Record was created in AMS+.
- Snapshot tone now adjusts for deceased individuals. When an individual is marked as deceased, the snapshot no longer frames the brief as prep for a call with that person — it acknowledges the loss plainly and surfaces any related contacts on record as points of contact instead.
Note: Snapshots are generated on demand and cached. If you've already generated a snapshot for a record, you may need to refresh it to see these improvements reflected.

Email Opens and Clicks Now Show Up in Workflow History
When a recipient opens or clicks a link in a workflow email, those events now appear in the record's Workflow History alongside other workflow activity. Historical opens and clicks are being backfilled as well, so you may see older engagement events appear on records where they didn't before — this reflects real activity that was always captured but not previously displayed.
New Recipe: Individual Policy Renewal Reminder
A new Individual Policy Renewal Reminder workflow recipe is now available for Enhanced Automated Workflows in the Browse Recipes list. It automatically creates follow-up tasks for the policy's Account Manager at 3 months, 1 month, and 1 week before an individual policy's renewal date, for active policies belonging to enrolled clients — mirroring the existing Group Policy Renewal Reminder recipe.
- The existing "Policy Renewal Reminder" recipe has been renamed to Group Policy Renewal Reminder. This is a name change only and does not affect any workflows already built from it.
- The Browse Recipes list order has been updated: Individual Policy Renewal Reminder, Policy App Submit Notification, Lead Form Follow-Up, Send a Birthday Email, Group Policy Renewal Reminder, Agent License Expiration Reminder.
Download Call Recording and Transcript
From a call's detail page, users can now download the call recording audio file and a plain-text transcript — including speaker labels and timestamps. This makes it easier to save or share a record of a conversation for compliance review, escalations, or offline reference.

Servicing Agent Change Workflows Now Trigger Reliably
Workflows using the "Servicing Agent is changed" condition were not triggering when the servicing agent was the only field that changed on a save, and were being cancelled mid-process whenever the record was saved again for any unrelated reason. Both issues are now fixed for Individual, Individual Policy, Group Policy, and Group records. No action is needed — existing workflows using this condition will simply start working as intended.
Improved Date Handling for AI-Generated Follow-Up Tasks
When a caller or voicemail mentioned a relative date like "next Thursday" or "in two weeks," the follow-up task due date created by the AI occasionally didn't match. Date handling has been improved to address this.
Clicking the Unsubscribe Link in Email Marketing Campaigns Now Takes Recipients to the Unsubscribe Page
When recipients clicked the unsubscribe link in an Email Marketing campaign email, they were landing on an error page instead of the unsubscribe page. This has been fixed.
