New
Dedicated Individual Leads search page
Individual Records now include a dedicated search experience for leads, accessible from the Individual Leads link in the left-hand navigation. This page shows only Individual Records with a Type in the Leads category, so you can work with your leads without sorting through your full list of records.
From Individual Leads search, you can:
- Filter by type, status, tags, and more
- Save searches for quick access to your most-used views
- Perform bulk updates directly from search results
- Filter by tags to quickly surface individual leads with a specific label
If you haven’t categorized any Individual Types as leads yet, the Individual Leads page will display a prompt to help you get started in Data Administration.
Lead Forms create Individual leads
A new Individual Leads Lead Form is now available, replacing the previous Individual and Sales Record Lead Forms. When a visitor submits an Individual Leads Lead Form, a new Individual Record is created and appears immediately on the Individual Leads page. Learn more.
Existing Individual and Sales Record Lead Forms are automatically updated to the new Individual Leads Lead Form.
Note: If you have Individual or Sales Record Lead Forms embedded on your website, you may need to update those manually.
Individual Leads Record Report
A new Individual Leads Record Report is now available under Reports. It works like the Individual Report, but is specialized for Individual Types categorized as leads, so you don’t have to filter out client records each time. A Lead Info section displays details specific to your lead types.
Leads category in Data Administration
In Data Administration, you can now assign each Individual Type to either a Clients or Leads category. This determines which records appear on the Individual Leads page and in the Individual Leads Record Report. For new accounts with this feature, the “Prospect” and “Ex-Prospect” types are already categorized as leads by default. Learn more.
Tags added to Individual Records
You can now add and remove tags from Individual Records. Tags are like labels that you apply to Individual Records to organize and filter them, making it easier to group, find, and take action on your records. Learn more.
Tags are also now supported in the following places:
- Import: Include a Tags column when importing Individual Records. New tag values are created automatically, and existing tags on a record are preserved when you update other fields.
- Custom Reports: Add Tags as a column or filter in Individual Custom Reports. Find it under Individual Details > Client Info in the Field Options panel.
- Advanced Search: Filter by tags in Advanced Individual Search. Tag filters are included when you download results as a CSV.
- Saved Searches: Save tag filters as part of any Individual saved search, including searches on the Individual Leads page.
Improved
Redesigned Bulk Update modal
The Bulk Update modal on the Individuals and Individual Leads pages has been redesigned to update one field at a time. Select the field you want to update, then choose the new value. This makes it easier to review your selection before applying changes across multiple records. Learn more.
Fields available for bulk update include:

“Hide Lead Record Types” filter in Individual Search
Individual Search now includes a Hide Lead Record Types checkbox for accounts with Individual leads. Check it to exclude lead types from the Type filter and search results, so you can focus on client records without any extra filtering.
