Overview
If you use Rx Collect, you can add a Disclosures section to your form. You can customize the page title, text, and SOA details, including the initial contact method and the number of plans the licensed sales representative will present.
Note: The SOA form text is not configurable, but you can disable this section if you prefer to exclude it.
Note: If you plan to use Scope of Appointments (SOAs), your agents must first add their phone number, National Producer Number (NPN), signature, and sales rep ID to their account profile. Learn how.

Editing SOA configuration
When editing the SOA configuration, if you add an agent to the Agents if Record is Unassigned field, the SOA will use that agent’s information for unassigned records when Rx Collect is enabled. If no agent is selected, an error message appears when you attempt to send an Rx Collect form for an unassigned record.
