This article explains how to bulk email Rx Collect requests for Sales Records using Sales Workflows in AMS+.

Requirements
- Your agency’s AMS+ account must have the Accelerate or Elevate subscription package.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible and Manage Automated Workflow permissions.
- You must have user account Sales permissions to View and Edit Sales Records. Learn more.
- You must have added your phone number, signature, and sales rep ID to your My Account profile settings. Learn more.
Before bulk sending requests
Each Sales Record must include:
- A valid email address
- An assigned Agent/User
Bulk sending instructions for Sales Records
You can bulk email Rx Collect links to Sales Records using Sales Workflows.
How it works
- Create a Sales Workflow that triggers based on your chosen criteria.
- When triggered, the workflow automatically generates and sends an Rx Collect request to all qualifying Sales Records.
- Once set up, any Sales Record that meets the criteria will automatically receive an Rx Collect request and portal link.

- Record Type = ALL
- Tagged With = Send Rx Collect Request

Actions
- Action 1: 1 Minute After Workflow is Triggered, Send Rx Collect to deliver requests (via email) to qualifying records
- Action 2: 1 Minute After Workflow is Triggered, Assign Activity to qualifying records for agents to follow up with beneficiaries who received a request
What happens next
- The Rx Collect request is sent by email to each qualifying Sales Record.
- These records will appear on the Rx Collect Requests Dashboard, where you can monitor status and re-send if needed.
- Records missing required information will not receive the request.
